Survey Demographics
We asked several questions about the participants' identities in order to gain a better understanding of our target audience and the typical community member.

Questions that required answers are marked with an asterisk (*), meaning that all 234 participants responded.
Gender*
Our survey participants were mostly an equal mix between females and males. Given this split, we can assume that the responses we received to the other questions were not affected due to the preference of a particular gender.

Results:
Male - 114 (48.7%)
Female - 119 (50.9%)
Non-Binary - 1 (0.4%)

The overall range of ages was from 17 years to 36 years, with an average age of 20.4 years of age. This is a reasonable representation of the community population given that the average of those surveyed are undergraduates and in the United States, students generally start college around 17-18 years old and finish undergraduate studies by age 22-23 years old.
